Windy Fields Farm is a small, sustainable family farm in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. We pride ourselves in providing fresh, naturally grown produce from our on-site greenhouses. We also provide take-out and catering services, using our own produce or as many locally procured ingredients as possible.

James Mohan grew up in Center Harbor, NH, and graduated with a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales’ College of Culinary Arts, a prestigious culinary school in Rhode Island, in 1995. Prior to establishing Windy Fields Farms, he worked as head chef at Loves’ Quay Restaurant in Wolfeboro, NH.
